It cyclicly and sequentially commands the advancement cylinders, the one for the millwork of the dough and the knife in order to provide a product which comes cut according to the pre-set-on-viewer weight. On the head-on there are two windows with red displays: the first one shows the actual weight and the second the pre-set weight. A new weight can be set operating on the direction key, by scrolling the digits – this operation can as well be done while the machine is working. The devices has 3 automatic weight proofreaders which corresponds to the positions of the millwork drum. The value of these correction coefficients is set in lab during the test, but can be modified by operating on the keypad of the devices following the instructions attached – only when the machine is not working.
