timer – counter – frequency meter – analog input visualizer The microprocessor devices of this series are small and compact. The set includes: counters, frequency meters, parameter viewers, special controllers, multiscale timers, analog signal controllers. All these devices are designed for and used in many applications in the wide field of industrial automation. The hardware is controlled by a microprocessor provided with a nonvolatile memory where the data and the machine parameters are stored. The KS30 series devices, as the rest of our production, are each tested and put on trial with appropriate equipment in order to guarantee the quality of the item and the compliance to the law in force. |

Analog signals in Volt, mA, signals from pots and linear sensors can be applied to the input. The viewer is suitable for rooms with low visibility. |

![]() | timer – counter – frequency meter – analog input visualizer KS100 series offers a wide range of control devices such as: viewers, positioning devices, digital pots, pulse-counter, frequency meters, analog signal controllers, amperometers with threshold, timers with multiscale, consecutive-cycle controllers, etc. All the devices can be given an own password for protection against tampering of the saved parameters. The storage doesn’t need a back up battery. Inputs and outputs can be fed by the devices in 24 Vdc. |

They accept input signals coming from: encoders, proximity sensors, temperature sensors and position sensors. When controlled by dedicated softwares, they can send the signal to the outputs for the control of: inverters, relays, static modules, c.c. service switches. Positioners, cycle controllers and process ones can be made on demand. This series of devices has a serial port for the interface with smart systems, PLCs, industrial PC and can work as remote operating panels. An expansion card can be added to the basic version to increase the number of I/Os. |

This devices can operate in small machines where a control on the operating cycle is needed: it sets up and displays all the stages of work. It can be used on its own or as an integrated unit that can share information with other smart units through RS-485 serial ports. The software is developed with C language. An expansion card or an output card with relay can be added in order to increase the technical performance. By using our interface, this small devices can become a control point for small units. |

![]() | cycle– position- controllers This is a versatile devices which has been designed and produced for the electrical control of the cutting of plates. The viewer makes it visible from a distance, in dark rooms also, and it is formed by two lines of numbers, a line dedicated to the set value of the cut and the other to the position of the cut. The devices has a full keypad for the introduction of data and the recall of functions to accomplish. It is possible to custom the software in order to make the devices work with many other electronic automation systems. The interface with power circuits takes place through our external I/O modules. |

In addition to the basic card, it also has a second card able to expand significantly the number of digital I/O. It can manage up to 4 services or inverters with integrated control of the position. It has a double memory where 100 cycle programmes can be stored with functions that can be recalled by a 15 languages keypad. It has a LCD viewer with large alphanumeric digits in order to read clearly in any condition. |

The hardware is controlled by a very powerful last generation microprocessor with a flash memory incorporated, where the operating system is placed. The machine parameters are placed on a back up RAM memory with clock/calendar suitable for programmes with time slots. The C800 can work auonomously or integrated with smart systems and it can share information with them through its RS485 serial port. This series of devices has been widely produced especially for food machines and machines used in the wood manufacturing industry. |

It is designed to manage operating cycles in control systems - mainly dedicated to the food industry. The viewer is very wide, so it is suitable to display texts and translations in different languages. It is possible to insert complex programmes –also translated in other languages- in its large internal memory and they can be recalled according to the concerning country by dialing a pre-set key. This controller has a basic card with a powerful microprocessor, a wide nonvolatile memory, a clock with calendar and another expansion card for direct pilotage of medium-power charge, electrovalves, small counters, interface relays, etc. |
