PLCRP50
micro-PLC - 5 inputs – 5 outputs + RS485

This module contains a compact micro-PLC, suitable for automation of small machines. It has fast inputs for encoders, digital inputs for ON-OFF commands, an analog input for revolving or linear transducer, outputs with power relays, serial port, functioning diagnostics with bright leds on the head-on, plug grip for a fast connection to our operating panels.
The electrical wiring system of any small automatic machine is highly simplified thanks to our RP50 + OP20 integrated system, which reduces the number of wires and streamlines time.
PLCRP160
multifunction module – multiboard

This PLC module is compact and able of high technical performance. It is characterised by power of processing, speed of control, analog-digital inputs and outputs, 2 position controls with encoder inputs, RS485 and CAN-BUS serial ports, clock and calendar with lithium battery, functioning diagnostics with lines of front leds, linking grips for operating panels.
The electrical wiring system of any automatic machine and in complex control systems is highly simplified thanks to the RP + OP integrated system, which reduces the number of wires and streamlines the time.
It is possible to expand the system (for large wirings also) by linking the module with others provided with BUS communication.

switching stabilized power packs

Compact series of AC/DC power packs – Switching type – low tension powered. They are designed and made in order to comply with the safety laws in force and they are suitable for civil and industrial use. They are applied in those fields of automation where power in c.c. needs to be steady even with changeable loads.
These power packs comply with 93768-EEC on low tension and they are protected against shorts and overcharges.
UPS5
power pack + 230Vac/24Vdc battery charger

This non stop power pack guarantees continuance in 24 Vdc outputs even in case of long term interruption of the power line. A single module with net input supplies a stabilized power to the installed plant and, at the same time, manages smartly an external battery.
It fast and automatically charges the batteries, then it keeps the power and finally keeps monitoring the time.
This devices has an indispensable characteristic for the use in anti-burglar systems, domotics etc.: it guarantees that the power of the electrical plant is constant and uninterrupted, and so the control of the state of batteries – which can be also remote.
It has two detectors: one for defaults of the network and the other for damaged battery.
FR
15 HP/400V electrical brake for engines

Electronic devices for the braking designed for 3-fase asynchronous engines with direct start or star-triangle start up. The main feature of this devices consists in the possibility to set the intensity and the length of the braking time. The functioning of the module can be seen through two bright leds.
The system works with a ponte di diodi semicontrollato and the engine is let free from tension at the end of the braking cycle in two ways: 1) by unhooking the power electric circuit 2) by unhooking the braking teleruttore at the end of the set time. For a rapid assembling, the module is installed on a tray for the insertion on DIN guide.

24 Vdc/3A engine service switch

Command module for small size c.c. engines with incorporated braking and feedback circuit. The pilotage signal can be of two kinds: 1) potentiometer signal, the engine will work in one direction of rotation 2) 10Vdc analog signal, this case the engine will rotate in two directions and its speed will be proportional to the input signal.
The module has a dual control system which allows a good stability – with a variable couple too.
The feedback signal can work as an key signature or through an external tachymetric. For a rapid assembling, the module is installed on a tray for the insertion on DIN guide.

24 Vdc/3A engine service switch

Command module for small size c.c. engines with incorporated braking and feedback circuit.

110 Vdc/5A engine service switch

This is a 4-dial converter module specifically designed for the pilotage of small engines in c.c. in a range from 0,2 to 1 KW. This highly reliable converter is easy to install in any plant. A 20 kHZ PWM signal command a mosfet power level.
The basic module can have other devices installed inside, such as: the isolation module, the braking circuit, the power-pack level straightening bridge and levelling condenser board.
The connection with a 10 Vdc external signal allows the interface with any electric control system. Feedback through tachymetric or key-signature dynamo for a better stability.

2-relay module for 24Vdc/1A signals

2-relay interface module for signals given by electronic devices and suitable for switching signals as: pots or analog and digital signals. The module is installed in an isolating box with plug on DIN guide.
It has many clamps for the electrical links and a multi-pole flat connector for fast link to the whole range of controllers we produce.

8-relay module for 24Vdc/10A signals

This passive relay interface module receives digital commands from different electronic devices such as PLC, industrial PC, command modules, etc. and it manages inductive and resistive light power charges such as: electrovalves, teleruttori, small servo-motors, lamps, resistances, etc.
This type of module has many screw clamps that make it universal and it also has a multi-pole flat connector for fast connection to the whole range of our controllers and devices.

8-input module for 24Vdc/15A signals

This passive interface module for 8 inputs receives the digital commands coming from different electronic devices such as: PLC, industrial PC, command modules, etc.
This type of module has many input screw clamps that make it universal and it also has a multi-pole output flat connector for fast connection to the whole range of our controllers and devices.
It is a system used where there isn’t room enough for several clamps and it is also used for fast wiring.
TKC18
8-relay module for 24Vdc/16A signals

This smart output module with memory is suitable to manage 8 medium-power charge powered from the net.
The relays are enabled according to the command signals that get to the module with a serial port through the BUS.
Every module is encoded and numbered in order to be indentified by the central system and it has a red screen on the head-on which displays its address number. The enabling of single relays is displayed with a led placed on the head-on. The clamps for the connection to the BUS and the 24V power are double in order to avoid overlaps of cables and resulting malfunctionings due to the wiring. This kind of module is suitable to be placed in shunt boxes or in general boards.

8 24Vdc digital inputs

This smart command module has memory and 8 digital inputs isolated from the outside. The module is managed by the system and monitored by the junction box through the information that arrive via BUS.
Every module is numbered in order to be recognised by the central system and it has a 2-digit red screen on the head-on, indicating its address number. The enabling of single commands is displayed with a led placed on the head-on. The clamps for the connection to the BUS and the 24V power are double in order to avoid overlaps of cables and resulting malfunctionings due to the wiring.
This kind of module is suitable to be placed in shunt boxes or in general boards.

voltamperometric module for isolation

Module for the charge detection with threshold. This module can be applied in every field where tension charges of the net must be detected and there is the need to make the operator secure by an electrical isolation. An example of the possible application is the control of heating plants: one or more electrovalves will activate the pump in the thermic plant which will remain active until the electrovalve stop working.
Sensibility and delay are set through a timer put on the module and checked by the respective signal leds.
The module has been designed for a fast assembling on a DIN guide. Fields of application: heating control, under-water pumps control, overcharge of electrical engines control, remote charges control.

This wide range of high quality augmental encoders is suitable to be applied to every automatic system and machine where a position, size, speed and frequency control is needed.
